Euphoria
The exquisite Peloponnese in southern Greece is a peninsula rich in the myths and mysticism of Olympian gods and mythical heroes. Inhabited since pre-historic times, and dotted with pine forests, Byzantine churches and lofty hilltop villages, this historical landscape exudes a palpably healing energy rooted, much like our spa treatments, in ancient civilizations and cultural lineage.

Wellness
Join Melanie Psaltakis and Sharon Neubauer, both E-RYT 500, on an adventure to Greece! We begin and end in Athens and we will stay for 4 nights at Euphoria Retreat in Mystras, an important and visually stunning UNESCO World Heritage site. Sitting on the steep slopes of the Taygetus Mountains and bounded by verdant olive and orange trees, this fortified city is one of the most compelling sets of medieval ruins in Greece.
